Job Description - Gas Cutter/Welder in BMM-SMS & BF
Position: Gas Cutter/Welder Technician

Qualification: ITI Fitter/Welder
Experience: 0 to 4years
Salary: Rs. 18,000 to Rs. 28,000 per month
Location :Chennai , Thiruvalluvarnagar - 600041
Food and accommodation will be provided by company
Note : No interview immediate joining
Responsibilities:
1. Cut metal to the required shape and size by gas flame, either manually or by machine.
2. Examine materials to be cut and mark them according to instructions or specifications.
3. Mount templates and set machines to cut to specifications.
4. Make necessary connections and fit the required size of nozzle or burner into the torch.
5. Guide the flame by hand or machine along the cutting line at the required speed.
6. Release and regulate the gas flow in the nozzle or burner.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of steel plant operations.
- Experience in gas cutting and welding processes.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
